I make work that is good fun, good-looking and that strives to incite change.
Growing from a place of inclusivity, playful improvisation and democratic conversation, my work is eclectic, visually dynamic and a little bit rowdy.
My work has played venues and platforms that include Barbican, TATE, Women of The World, British Council Showcase, The Albany, Battersea Arts Centre, Soho Theatre, Machynlleth Comedy Festival, Sydney Opera House, Orpheum Graz, Adelaide Festival, Abrons Arts Centre NY, Skirball Centre LA, Museum Of Contemporary Art Chicago, and Huangpu Theatre Shanghai.
As a puppetry director I am interested in collage, abstract light and shadow, object manipulation and bunraku, and in the neuroscience of belief.
I’m an Open Space practitioner, a creative collaborator to neurodivergent artists and an accessible performance advocate. I am a Total Theatre Awards assessor. I am born and bred in Thornton Heath, Croydon.
