The flop

Paris, 1650. Impotence is illegal. When a wealthy member of the aristocracy is accused of being less than upstanding, his wounded pride leads him towards a far more monumental and very public flop.

Created with inclusive theatre company Hijinx in collaboration with Spymonkey, The Flop is an anarchic, slightly rude, hilarious slice of musical stupidity. In big costumes and bigger wigs, this bunch of clowns tickle the questions, what is failure, and who is allowed to be laughed at?
